Our pre-preg materials are made from flax and/or hemp fibres that grow to maturity in around 100 days, paired with a bio-resin system derived from the by-products of sugar production. The eliminates the need for petrochemical resins, and by trapping CO2 in the fibres while growing, it creates a sustainable composite material with a negative carbon footprint.

The material is naturally fire resistant, lightweight and strong, making it suitable for demanding applications where low flexibility is required. Supplied in a pre-impregnated form with a consistent quality, it is ready for forming into the final desired shape.

Depending on the application, the material can often be integrated into existing production processes with minimal disruption, allowing you to adopt a more sustainable solution without major investments or downtime. We are always available to provide guidance and support, and with extensive experience in both producing the pre-preg and manufacturing finished parts, we can help ensure smooth implementation and optimal results.
